A Warminster barn containing 100 tonnes of hay caught fire last Wednesday afternoon.
Crews from Warminster, Westbury and a water carrier from Wilton were called to the farm on Coldharbour Lane, and used two hose reel jets and two main jets to fight the fire.
A nearby barn containing livestock was not affected, and it was under control by 8.15pm.
Relief crews stayed at the scene overnight, finally leaving it in the hands of the farmer at 8.15am the next morning.
