POLICE in North Swindon are hunting for three youths following a robbery of a 15-year-old boy who was on crutches.

The incident happened last night between 5.30pm and 6pm on the footpath adjacent to Oakhurst Way, near Fitwell Road.

The boy was heading towards Oakhurst when he was approached by three males, who grabbed his crutches and attempted to pull his bag away from him. The bag was ripped in the scuffle but the victim managed to hold onto it and so the assailants ran away.

The second male was white, about 5’8”, slim build with chestnut brown short hair, same length all over. He wore a cap, white top and jeans.

The third teenager was a white male, about 6’–6’2” tall, slim build, wearing a black hoody and blue jeans.
