Head-on crash closes A36 for three hours

A head-on crash closed the A36 for three hours between Granada services and the turning for Longleat yesterday evening.
A Mitsubishi L200 Animal collided with a Seat Ibiza and debris was scattered for 137 metres.
Both male drivers escaped serious injury The accident occurred at 5.15pm. Once the vehicles were recovered council contractors were called in to clean up the debris from the road.
