CCTV footage has been released as Wiltshire Police look for witnesses following a robbery in Swindon.
The incident took place shortly after 3.15am on Sunday, January 19 on Victoria Road, Swindon.
A lone male was walking along Victoria Road and talking on his mobile phone.
As he walked past the Wiltshire Gun and Rod shop, he was approached from behind my a man who told the victim to hand over his phone before he grabbed it from his hand and ran off in the direction of the town centre.
The suspect is described as a white male with tanned skin, dark hair, wearing a red-checked shirt, blue scruffy jeans and dark skater-type shoes.
The stolen phone was a black Apple iPhone 4.
The below CCTV footage shows the victim (wearing a white shirt) followed shortly by a man police would like to speak to in connection with this incident.
Anyone with information on this robbery should contact Wiltshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be left anonymously.
