THE Independent Police Complaints Commission are investigating after a white Range Rover being chased by a marked police car crashed into a set of traffic lights at the Coate roundabout at 12.40am on Sunday.
The incident was referred by Wiltshire Police as is standard procedure in such cases.
No other vehicles were involved in the incident and all four men in the Range Rover were arrested at the scene and taken to Great Western Hospital to be checked over.
The 21-year-old male driver sustained a neck fracture.
