LEFTWICH Dave Taken from us too soon with his family by his side on 18th July 2014, aged 52 years. Wonderful son of Val, very much loved husband of Julie, very special and loving dad to Jodie and Stacey, proud grandad of nine and brother to Kay, Gary and Carol. Dave will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by his family and all those he touched the hearts of. Funeral service to celebrate Dave's life will be held at Kingsdown Crematorium on Friday 1st August 2014 at 10.30am. Flowers welcome and may be sent to Hillier Chapel of Rest or donations would be appreciated for Great Western Hospital NHS Foundation Trust - ICU c/o Hillier Funeral Service, 170 Victoria Road, Swindon SN1 3DF.
