BOURKE Patricia 'Pat' Peacefully at the Great Western Hospital on Tuesday 26 August 2014 aged 73 years.Pat will be sadly missed by Michael, brother Alan and family and all her friends. Funeral service to take place at Kingsdown Crematorium 11.15am on Monday 15 September.
