SMITH Phyllis Passed away peacefully at the Bluebells Residential Home, aged 95. Dearly loved Mum to Ann, Barbara and Mary; mother-in-law to Alan (deceased), Roger and John and a much loved grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral service to take place at Whitworth Road Chapel on Tuesday 21st April 2015 at 1 p.m. followed by a burial at Whitworth Road Cemetery.
