PROCAK Jean Stella Passed away peacefully at Princess Lodge Care Centre on the 25th September 2015. Jean is now reunited with her husband Stefan. A much loved mother to Maria, Steven and Jane. Grandmother to Carly, Christopher, Natalie and Rose. A great grandmother to Oliver, Charlie, George and Lily. Jean will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service to take place at Kingsdown Crematorium on Tuesday 13th October at 1.30pm.
