MOORE Mary Theresa Passed away peacefully at Ladymead Care Home on September 28th 2015. Sadly missed by her sons Tony and John, her daughters Christine and Pauline, daughters-in-law Miriam and Helen, son-in-law Kim, all her grandchildren and the whole family. Service to be held at Holy Family Church on 20th October at 11.30am followed by Cremation at Kingsdown Crematorium.
