KAJA Urszula Passed away at the Great Western Hospital on 24th April 2016, aged 89 years. Now reunited with her loving husband, Adolf. A mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to take place at Holy Rood Church on Thursday 12th May at 12.30pm, followed by interment at Whitworth Road Cemetery.
