MONAHAN Patrick Joseph Passed away peacefully at the Great Western Hospital on 9th April 2018, aged 79 years. Beloved husband of Ann, brother of Eily & Phil and stepfather to Michael, Caroline and Danny. Funeral service to be held at Holy Rood Church on Tuesday 8th May at 12.45pm followed by committal at Kingsdown Crematorium at 2.15pm.
