GUYATT Jeffrey 'Jeff' Passed away peacefully in his sleep at Prospect Hospice on 16th May 2018, aged 70 years. Much loved fiancé and soulmate of Anne. Adored father of Natalie, loved grampy to all of his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Loved brother and friend to Steve and Tina and Jackie and Graham. Loved and admired 'BIG JEFF' to Paul and Bibby and Steven and Heather and a much loved bampy to all of their children. Funeral service to take place at Kingsdown Crematorium on Friday 15th June at 11.15am. Family have requested that dress is optional but football shirts are welcome.
