MOORE Jean Formerly of Royal Wootton Bassett. Passed away peacefully on Monday 25th June 2018, aged 91 years. Dearly loved mother of Sheila and Malcolm, Grandmother, Sister-in-Law, Aunt. Funeral service to be held on Tuesday 17th July in the Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium at 2pm. Donations can be made in lieu of flowers to the Alzheimer's Society and Cancer Research UK c/o Co-operative funeralcare, 110 Dashwood Ave, High Wycombe HP12 3EB
