KUKLINSKI Maureen Stefan, Conrad, Jane and Sharon, together with their partners and families, would like to thank everyone who attended Mum's funeral and for their kind messages of support and sympathy during their sad loss. Your generous donations to the Alzheimer's Society have been greatly appreciated. The family would especially like to thank Michelle and her wonderful team of Carers at Fitzwarren House, their devoted care to Mum throughout and especially in her final days were second to none. A special mention to Chris for her caring visits to Mum and support to the family. Finally, a thank you to Rev Dilly for his wonderful pastoral care and beautiful service.
