A COURT hearing at which Daniel de Costa, 30, of Melksham, is due to enter a plea to the charge of murdering Matthew Baggott, has been adjourned.
He will now appear at Winchester Crown Court on Tuesday January 29 in connection with the death of Mr Baggott who was stabbed in Devizes on Thursday September 6 last year.
