Devizes Town 2, Bishop Sutton 1
DEVIZES Town stuttered to a 2-1 win over Toolstation League Premier Division
bottom side Bishop Sutton on Saturday.
Darren Robison put away his eighth penalty of the season on the stroke of
half time and Robbie Mitchell scored after the break.
Roman Roncinsky made a superb save midway through the second half and
Devizes escaped again when Sutton had a seemingly good goal disallowed.
Manager Hale said: "We were poor against Bishop Sutton and Melksham but the
positive from it is we still came out with four points.
The Devizes manager paid tribute to captain Darren Robison for his
penalty-taking heroics.
Hale said: "He could end up being the golden boot winner on penalties alone.
"I can't believe how many penalties we're getting, but I'm not complaining.
"He's only scored from penalties, I don't think he's got the energy levels
to get up there for anything else."
