Box Valley residents meet to discuss development
Despite being protected by a local plan, villagers say a development is already underway in Box Valley.
Angry residents met last night to discuss the development.
Plans for new homes in the village appeared before North Wiltshire District Council late last year.
But residents believe the District Councillors ignored the local plan, which only allows development under very specific circumstances, and a report written by a senior planner and approved the development in a protected Green Belt area.
The development, which according to villagers is already underway, has caused extreme worry among villagers.
