When did you first take an interest in cooking, and when did you decide you wanted to become a chef?

I first took an interest in cooking when I was 12. I decided I wanted to become a chef when I was 13.

Where did you do your training?

At cooking school in Italy.

How would you describe the style of food served in your restaurant?

We serve only homemade, fresh Italian food.

Do you have a signature dish? If so, what?

Yes, my favourite dish to cook is Filleto de Chef.

What would you order from your own menu?

I would order Filletto Alia Grillia.

Your favourite vegetable, and why?

My favourite vegetables are green beans.

And favourite dessert?

It is Pannacotta.

Do you cook a lot at home? What sort of food?

Yes, I do cook a home. When it is my day off I cook mainly pasta and meat.

Where else locally do you like to eat?

I like to eat out at La Carbonara.
