James Arthur X Factor winner heads for Swindon

James Arthur James Arthur

STRAIGHT after beating Swindon’s very own Jahmene Douglas to the X Factor crown, winner James Arthur will be heading to the town.

James, 24, from Saltburn-by-the-Sea, near Middlesborough, beat Jahmene in a tense final on Sunday.

And on December 23 he will be performing live at Bushwackers in the town centre.

The club has played host to each of the finalists every week as they have been voted off the show.

The performances have been a huge hit with clubbers in the town, with flamboyant Rylan Clark’s appearance just a couple of weeks ago proving the most popular.

Staff at the club announced the news on Facebook and Twitter yesterday afternoon and it went down a storm with fans with many inquiring about VIP packages and James’ performance within minutes.

There will be limited VIP tickets available for the event.

The club will release more information nearer the time. Visit its Facebook page for further details.

I predict James will not reach the heights Jahmene will--history tells us that the winners with the exception of a few have lost out to the runner ups.
I expect Jahmene to be the performer to make it big as he undoubtedly has a very amazing voice.

Wish I could be on him not turning up, even if I could doubt the odds would be great
