Once again Sheer Music are extremely proud to be bringing another UK tour through town, and this time The Lamb plays host to an event made even more special because Gaz Brookfield is a Wiltshire lad born and bred.

Gaz has toured solo, up and down the country for the past eight years, notching up more than 1,000 shows in the process. Not bad considering he has often spurned the advances of record labels, instead choosing to forge his own musical path. In December, Gaz celebrated his 1,000th gig by selling out The Fleece in Bristol again – for the third year running.

This is just a warm-up tour for his proper tour which kicks off in June, once again with a sold-out show at The Fleece, in support of his fourth studio album, True and Fast.

Tracks from that can be heard live tomorrow night, although it won’t be on sale until June: all the more reason to come to this gig to hear this songs for the first time, in the best possible of atmospheres.

Support comes from Nordlund & Baron, playing their second gig in Devizes in less than a week for Sheer.

As promoter Kieran J Moore says: “We are once again in the midst of a genuine musical talent, honed from countless hours touring and performing.

“If you can't find something here to thoroughly enjoy, be it songs about bullying, your home town or being a land pirate, then you're enjoying music wrong.”
