Seeds of Doubt, a comedy of relationships set in a suburban garden, is being staged at Sherston Village Hall from Wednesday to Saturday, April 8-11.

Alan’s wife Claire plans a surprise for him on his birthday, and though Alan is normally more concerned with his eternally unsuccessful attempts at gardening than pleasing his wife, his jealousy is roused by mysterious events.

Meanwhile his friend Derek is trying to pluck up courage to declare his love for recently-separated Sarah.

Neighbour Dave’s strategy of allowing his partner Jill to earn both their livings while he concentrates on drinking beer is starting to unravel. Seeds of doubt are everywhere...

The play, by Peter Gordon, has a cast of six and is directed by Kirstie Blair.

Tickets are on sale at Sherston Post Office Stores or from the Box Office on 840092 (evenings) or via richard.skeffington@virgin.net at £6.50/£7.50.
