THE Wessex Concert Orchestra returns to the Corn Exchange, Devizes for its summer concert on Saturday, July 11at 7.30pm. This year it has a feast of well- known light classics, and music from shows and the cinema.
The concert is entitiled Magic, Mystery and Monsters. These include an excerpt from The Harry Potter Suite, (Hedwig’s Theme), Jaws, Jurassic Park, James Bond, Mary Poppins, Night on a Bare mountain and others.
Tickets for the concert at £12 (£10 concessions) are available from Devizes Books, members of the Orchestra, the website www.wco.org.uk and on the door.
Come along and prepare to be charmed and perhaps experience a little shiver up your spine.
