WILTSHIRE singers have a unique chance to take part in a choral workshop with the world-famous King Singers in October.

They will perform at Malmesbury Abbey on Saturday, October 1, a concert organised by Bath's Grenville Jones. As part of their visit to Malmesbury, members of the Kings Singers will lead a workshop that afternoon at Malmesbury Town Hall.

Grenville said: "The 80-voice Bath Chorus will also be performing and the Malmesbury concert follows our hugely successful evening with them in Bath Abbey last year.

“The workshop in the afternoon really is a bonus and we have already sold a number of tickets but there are a few remaining.”

The King Singers are acclaimed for their virtuosity and are in demand across the world. They perform to thousands of people each year and regularly tour Europe, North and South America, Asia and Australasia. The afternoon workshop takes place from 2-3.30pm. Tickets from choirs@grenvillemusic.co.uk.

Concert tickets are also available from Bath Box Office on 01225 463362, priced £25 or £15.
