The Russian State Ballet of Siberia pirouette on to the Wyvern stage next week in a sellout production of the greatest romantic ballet of them all, Swan Lake.
Formed in 1981, The Russian State Ballet of Siberia is one of Russia’s leading ballet companies, building an international reputation for acclaimed performances of quality and depth. Both the soloists and the corps de ballet have been highly praised by critics, delighting them with their physical ability and dazzling costumes.
Swan Lake is an immortal love story filled with magic, emotion and beauty. From the opulence and splendour of the magnificent court room to the exhilarating lake scenes where swans play in perfect formation, Tchaikovsky’s hauntingly beautiful music creates a truly unforgettable experience.
