Two different dramas unfold this weekend - either spooky tales or a pure slapstick pantomime.
At Swindon’s Wyvern Theatre, Oh Whistle, a one-man show by Robert Lloyd Parry, conjures up two supernatural ghost stories tomorrow from 7.30pm. The other story is the Ash Tree, both are written by MR James. Tickets are £14.50 from 01793 524481.
Tonight it is the turn of Robin Hood and his Merrie Men who take a summer holiday at Immanuel Reform Church at 7.30pm.
The panto is staged by Immanuel Dramatic Society and the Estelle School of Dance. The family show runs until Sunday with a 2.30pm matinee tomorrow. Tickets are £6 from 01793 531710.
