Madonna on the move?

SUPERSTAR singer Madonna is rumoured to be putting her Wiltshire mansion on the market.

Madonna and her film director husband Guy Ritchie bought Ashcombe House near Tollard Royal in 2001 for £9million.

Now it has been reported that the couple are on the move and they are expected to sell the house for a £3m profit.

The eight-bedroom property was formerly owned by fashion photographer Cecil Beaton and Mr and Mrs Richie were said to be enjoying the English country lifestyle.

The couple upset ramblers when they won an appeal to stop them walking across the majority of their estate.

In 2005 Madonna was taken to Salisbury District Hospital after she fell off her horse at Ashcombe and broke several bones.

It is reported that they are selling the house because they do not spend enough time there as Madonna is spending time touring and promoting her music.
