Care home residents were joined by the Mayor of Trowbridge joined residents to celebrate the unit’s 20th anniversary.
Councillor John Knight was the guest of honour at Trowbridge Oaks Residential and Nursing Home for the afternoon celebration, when musicians and entertainers put on a show for the 52 residents.
Manager Tracy Williams, who helped organise the event, said: “It all went really, really well. We were absolutely delighted with it. We had a really good turnout, with the mayor, our regional directors and all the residents coming along.
“We had a man playing Irish jigs on the violin and someone making balloon animals, as well as a full buffet, with champagne for everyone”.
