CCTV pictures have been released of a couple who may have witnessed the sudden death of a popular garage worker in Melksham.

Night shift worker Graham Topp, 41, died at the Total Garage in Semington Road, Melksham yesterday after collapsing at around 6am.

Wiltshire Police are not treating his death as suspicious, but do wish to speak to a man and a woman who were in the petrol station at the time of the incident.

Detective Chief Inspector Craig Holden said: “It is really important that we speak to a man and woman who were at the petrol station when this happened. We are trying to piece together exactly what happened before the man collapsed and we believe that these two people can assist us.”

“If you think you know these people or that you were the persons at the petrol station we would ask that you contact police immediately.”

The woman was wearing a light-coloured top with a grey jacket and blue jeans, and had long dark hair, while the man has a shaved head and wore a white T-shirt and black jacket with dark trousers. Both appear to be in their 20s and are believed to be Polish.

Anyone with information can call 101 asking to speak to Detective Constable Mel Carosi at Melksham CID or alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
