DIONNE Debank, 42, of Burbage Road, Swindon, pleaded guilty to owning a dog dangerously out of control in a public place, which attacked a man at Swindon on November 15. Magistrates imposed an order meaning the dog must be kept muzzled and on a lead when out in public. She was also fined £50 and told to pay £180 compensation plus a £15 victim surcharge.

RICHARD Dobson, 41, of Westminster Road, Toothill, pleaded guilty to breaking a non-molestation order by phoning up and sending texts to a specific named woman between November 21 and 26. He was released on conditional bail to appear at Swindon Magistrates' Court on February 25.

MANTAS Gudonis, 26, of Boundary Close, Swindon, pleaded guilty to driving a Volkswagen Polo without due care and without third-party insurance along Stanier Street on October 30. He was fined a total of £430, given six penalty points on his driving licence, and told to pay £35 costs plus a £30 victim surcharge.

ANDREW Betterton, 30, of Hillingdon Road, Park South, was found guilty of assaulting a woman at Swindon on July 15. He was given a community order, with a programme requirement, a supervision requirement, and 150 hours of unpaid work. He was also given a restraining order, preventing him from contacting the woman until July 2015, and told to pay £100 in compensation plus £620 costs.

KERRY Duggan, 25, of Kimberley Road, Swindon, pleaded guilty to stealing goods valued at £174 from Asda at West Swindon District Centre on December 14. She also admitted breaching a 12-month conditional discharge imposed on December 23, 2011 for three shoplifting offences.She was released on unconditional bail until January 31 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
