A MAN accused of burgling a number of rooms at a shared house over Christmas week has been remanded in custody by a judge.
Piotr Koch is also said to have been in possession of crystal methamphetamine and a number of bladed articles.
The 34-year-old, of Whitehead Street, faces three charges of burglary between Saturday, December 22 and Saturday, December 29.
It is alleged that he took electrical items and jewellery from three rooms at the multiple-occupancy dwelling in Rolleston Street.
He is then said to have had the class A drug, crystal meth, a lock knife and two kitchen knives on Sunday, December 30.
No charges were formally put to Koch, during a brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court, and he did not enter any pleas.
Judge Douglas Field adjourned the case to April 5 and remanded him in custody.
