Education resources supplier The Consortium is celebrating after being shortlisted for two prestigious awards.
The Education Res-ource Awards (ERAs), highlight the quality and diversity of educational products and resources and The Consortium was selected for two categories – Supplier of the Year (over £3million turnover) and Education Exporter of the Year.
The Consortium, which includes Midlands-based West Mercia Supplies, has been the winner of the Supplier of the Year category for the last three years, but this is the first time it has been shortlisted for Education Exporter of the Year.
Managing director Melanie Teal said: “We are especially pleased to be selected as finalists for the Education Exporter of the Year Award as developing our international business has been a particular focus for us.
“However, being selected as a finalist in two categories is a fantastic achievement. It really does recognise the hard work of all our staff.”
The winners will be announced at a gala event at the Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham on March 15.
