Rider assault plea in Bincknoll

Police are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Bincknoll, on the evening of January 29. It happened near the livery, where a woman riding a pony was allegedly assaulted by another woman. Witnesses can call police on 101.

Can we have more details on this? Was it a motorist who assaulted the rider? If so it is not uncommon for a driver to threaten a vulnerable road user. As a cyclist I have been verbally abused many times, the last occasion only last Monday by a women driving a 4x4 near Chippenham.
