An opera group is looking for someone with a strong speaking voice to take on the role of God in Benjamin Britten’s Noye’s Fludde.
Bradford BarnStorm wants a range of singers and backstage people, from sponsors stage hands to volunteers for administration, marketing, design, co-ordination, front-of-house and bar work.
Auditions will be held at a launch at Wiltshire Music Centre, Bradford on Avon, from 4pm to 9pm on Monday.
Marketing co-ordinator Christina Hall said: “There will be an ideas cafe, to talk about all aspects of the production and how people can get involved.”
From 7pm, a taster session for a new work, Ona’s Flood, will take place. The finished opera will be staged at Tithe Barn on July 12 and 13.
