Dilton Marsh’s annual ghost walk is back by popular demand this year, with the proceeds going towards the village carnival.
The spooky tour, which lasts about two hours, will start at the village’s 300-year-old Prince of Wales pub, which has been the location of several scary sightings over the years.
The walk will also cover sightings of the phantom black dogs, as well as several other ghostly haunts around the village.
Tour guide and Dilton Marsh carnival committee member Trina Murphy said: “Lots of people ask about the ghost walk every year, it’s a very popular event.
“There are plenty of ghosts around Dilton Marsh, so I tell the stories and we visit the places in the village where they have been seen. It’s a lot of fun and very informative.”
The ghost walk starts at 7.30pm on Saturday and costs £3 for adults. No children allowed.
