Children off to a land of make-believe

Children in Bradford on Avon can be whisked into a world of make-believe in classes being launched by a former primary teacher.
Alison Rollinson, of Semington, already runs classes in Devizes under the national brand Pyjama Drama, and will offer classes for babies, toddlers and children aged up to seven in Bradford.
Mrs Rollinson said: “The focus of Pyjama Drama classes aren’t about performance; instead they include everything that children of this age do instinctively; namely, pretending, playing games, singing and being active.
“Drama teaches key social skills including confidence, cooperation and communication.”
Mrs Rollinson decided to set up her classes after she was made redundant.
They will be held above Growing Needs, in Silver Street, on Thursdays at 1.15pm for children aged 18 months to five years, or 2pm for up to 18 months. For details, contact Mrs Rollinson on 01380 887898 or firstname.lastname@example.org
