TWO men charged with a New Year’s Eve robbery appeared at Swindon Crown Court, on Monday.
Jamie Taylor, 20, and Samuel Whittaker, 19, are accused of taking a mobile and a wallet from a man in the alleged incident.
The men did not enter a plea during the hearing with the case adjourned until May 10.
Whittaker, of Marshmead, Hilperton was remanded in custody and Taylor, of Helen’s Court, Shails Lane, Trowbridge, was released on bail on the condition that he lives at home and observes a night time curfew.
