Two injured in crash near Trowbridge

TWO drivers have been taken to the Royal United Hospital, Bath, after a collision at the roundabout with the A363 Westbury Road, Trowbridge, last night.
Wiltshire Police said an 80-year-old woman driving a blue Ford Fiesta from the Yarnbrook direction was in collision with a motorcyclist, driven by a 23-year-old local man, while he was negotiating the roundabout at the junction of the B309 Phillips Way, Hawkeridge.
Both were taken to the RUH where their condition was described as "stable."
The collision happened at 6.46pm and the road was closed for three and a half hours for Wiltshire Police's serious collision investigation team to investigate the crash.
