Warminster man banned from driving after failing tests

A Warminster man has been disqualified from driving for three years after pleading guilty to not doing a breath test successfully.

Adrian Luke Williams, 27, of Wren Close, was stopped by police at 1am on February 16 after driving on the A350 in Chipp-enham. He had drunk two pints and was on his way to his girlfriend’s, Chippenham magistrates heard on Friday.

At Melksham custody unit Williams failed to provide a sample four times.

He lost his job as a chef at the end of last month, but has since found a job in London. He was fined £265 with £85 costs and a £26 victim surcharge.

This victim surcharge takes the plss don't it. Did he run somebody over?
