Students from St Laurence School’s sixth form enjoyed late evening sunshine for their last get together before parting ways.

More than 100 students made their ways to Wick Farm in Farleigh Wick for their leaving ball, to enjoy a sit-down meal, dancing and the sharing of plans for the future.

Director of sixth form James Matcham said: “It was a brilliant event. The students looked fantastic and were a credit to themselves and the school.

“They organised and ran the whole event superbly.

“It was a lovely opportunity to celebrate their time at St Laurence and it was really well attended by staff, who shared the evening with them.”
