Give some care this Christmas

MARIE Curie Cancer Care will be holding Christmas collections at Tesco Swindon this November and is calling for people to volunteer an hour or two of their time to help raise funds.
Marie Curie Nurses work throughout the Christmas period providing free care for people with terminal illnesses in their own homes.
Del Arthur, community fundraiser for Marie Curie Cancer Care, said: “Christmas can be a very difficult time for some families especially when a loved one is terminally ill. Marie Curie Nurses make it possible for more people with terminal illnesses to spend Christmas in their place of choice, surrounded by the people and things they love.
“We’ll be at Tesco on Ocotal Way, Swindon on November 22, 23 and 24and are very much in need of collectors to come along to grab a collection tin and Santa hat to help us continue to provide this vital care.”
