BEAVERS and Cubs from the newly-formed 6th Devizes Scout troop delighted shoppers at Sainsbury’s last Saturday morning by serenading them with a selection of carols.
Cub Scout leader Scott Coleman said: “They really enjoyed themselves and sang their little hearts out.
“They worked really well for the majority of the day, bag packing for customers and raising a total of £423 for the troop’s funds.”
The youngsters’ Christmas cheer didn’t stop there.
Last Monday they sang carols to the residents of Anzac House and Mayfield residential homes, both in Devizes.
