Antisocial behaviour hotline open

Greensquare residents will now be able to report incidents of antisocial behaviour as they happen on a confidential Freephone line.
The ASB Respect Line is open from 5pm-9am Monday to Friday and 24 hours on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays.
Call handlers are fully trained to take details of the incident and give appropriate advice where necessary.
Sue Burnett, antisocial behaviour officer at Green-Square, said: “The majority of incidents of antisocial behaviour tend to happen outside of the normal working day, so this number will provide an invaluable service for residents who would like to report an incident in their community straight away.
“Any information that is received will be passed, in confidence, to the neighbourhood team at GreenSquare.”
The number, being trialled until the end of March, is 0800 0756699. During normal working hours, antisocial behaviour can be reported on (01249) 465465.
