Pupils at Bishops Cannings Primary School learned about the human body when the Wiltshire Life Education mobile classroom visited.

The topics talked about are designed to give the pupils an insight into the human body and, in particular, focus on how its delicate functions can be upset by different substances such as smoking, alcohol and substance abuse Each class had their own session aimed at their year group including about the brain, feelings and decision making.

The aim was to present young people with information from which they can make informed choices – so that they say ‘no’ not because they have been told to do so, but because they value their health too much to cause damage to it.
