A man charged with raping a woman in Devizes is to face trial by jury.
Donald Black, 28, pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court on Friday.
Black, of Streatham, south London, is accused of carrying out the attack on Sunday, July 21, last year.
