Three flood warnings remain in place in Wiltshire along the River Avon.
The Environment Agency has stressed that the threat of flooding still remains in Bradford on Avon, Malmesbury and Melksham while a number of warnings have been removed in other locations.
In Staverton, the B3105 remains closed following flooding with the fire service reminding motorists not to ignore road closure notices.
Wiltshire Fire & Rescue Service went to a flooded house in Beanacre, a crew from Melksham pumping water from the property.
A crew from Trowbridge went out to a house in Ham Green, near Holt, which suffered a power cut.
The residents have their own pump system and the crew provided assistance until power was restored.
No disruption is being reported to the region’s rail and bus services.
