PROSPECT Hospice stages its annual Walk of Memories on March 9, and the charity is asking people to take the opportunity to experience a beautiful new setting while remembering someone that they have loved.

The Walk of Memories this year takes place at Buscot Park near Faringdon, which will open especially for the event.

Among those taking part this year are Phil Hall from Grange Park, who will be walking again in memory of his late wife Dawn, who spent her final days at Prospect.

“Dawn’s last eight days included her 60th birthday which, in spite of her failing health, the Prospect Hospice team made into a really lovely occasion. I will always be very grateful to them for it.”
