Three cheques each of £1,250 have been handed from the Avebury Club to the Wiltshire Air Ambulance, Kennet Community Transport, and Avebury Cricket Club.
The money came from an auction of promises held at the club in the weeks before Christmas, the promises being from a host of local businesses and individuals.
Alan Blake, Avebury Club secretary, said: “This is an annual event for us. We are pleased to be able to help such deserving local charities."
Roly Lockey drives the Kennet Community Transport minibus which brings people of restricted mobility in to the New Road Centre and the Jubilee Centres in Marlborough, five days a week, and secured many of the promises.
He said: "This is great for us. The bus is really valuable in allowing people who might otherwise be housebound to get into town."
