A vacancy for Bradford on Avon town clerk has arisen after Diane Holmes, town clerk since 2001, resigned.
Mrs Holmes has overseen a number of projects including the Kingston Mills development and St Margaret’s hall refurbishment.
Mayor John Potter said: “We appreciate all the work she has done over the years and all the things she has done for the staff and councillors. The response for applications has been amazing. Bradford on Avon is a popular place to work.”
Applications close on February 28. For more details contact the council offices on 01225 864240.
