Cyclists and scooter riders will be taking over a Corsham neighbourhood next weekend, as the town gets involved with the BBC’s Sport Relief appeal.

Wiltshire Council has confirmed Freestone Way will be closed to all vehicles between 1pm and 2.30pm on Sunday, March 23, for the “freewheeling afternoon”.

The fundraising and fitness event has been organised by the Katherine Park Residents’ Association and will include a barbecue, cake stall and bicycle repairs.

All the side roads on the estate will still be accessible throughout the day.
